The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor, and 1 on the second floor with a walk-out balcony overlooking the lake. All 3 queen beds and the double bed are brand new.
 
There are two full baths, one on each floor. The first floor bath has a shower and the second floor bath has a whirlpool tub.
 
The kitchen is small but nicely appointed and efficient, with views of the lake, and a few short steps away from the walk-out deck, so it's easy to serve meals or get the second cup of coffee or other favorite beverage.
 
The great room has comfortable seating, a wide-screen TV, Dish Network, DVD player, and every seat has a view of the lake.
 
The walk-out deck has a dining area, chairs and a cocktail table, with stunning views of the lake and the bay.
